In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights,” you have the right to return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days<\/strong> of receipt, provided that the product has not been used, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, tags, and original packaging have been preserved, and you have a document confirming the purchase.<\/p>\n Please note: certain categories of products (for example, made-to-order items or those marked as SALE \/ final clearance) may not be eligible for return, except as provided by law.<\/p>\n If you receive a defective, damaged, or misdescribed product, contact us within 48 hours<\/strong> of receipt and include photos. We will arrange a return, exchange, or full refund at our own expense.<\/p>\n Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
